1/2 cup water
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1 mango, peeled, seeded, diced
1 orange, peeled, sectioned, seeded
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, stems removed

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 6 glasses to serve.
